Acceptance
By using Ideal Gathering you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Using the service
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your account credentials safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Community conduct
No harassment, hate speech, spam, or illegal activity. Show up if you RSVP, or cancel in time. Hosts and admins can remove people who break these rules.
Hosts and venues
Hosts and venues are responsible for what happens at their tables. Ideal Gathering doesn't own or operate the venues and doesn't guarantee any specific outcome from a gathering.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you post. You grant us a limited license to display it on the platform so gatherings can work as intended.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
