Introduction
Ideal Gathering ("we", "us") helps people meet at cafes and restaurants around a subject. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account data: email, display name, and optional avatar image. Profile data you choose to add: date of birth, city, interests, and optional quiz answers used to seat you. Gathering data: subjects you host or join, venue names, and attendance. Waitlist data: name, email, city, and interest tags. Technical data: minimal logs needed to run the service securely.
How we use it
To run the service, show gatherings to the right people, notify you about your bookings, moderate the platform, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host our database, email, and hosting infrastructure. We share only what's necessary and require them to keep your data secure.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page — this removes your profile, hosted gatherings, and joined seats.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us with any request and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

If you're in Armenia, the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Personal Data Protection grants you rights over your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, and objection. You can exercise these rights by writing to hello@idealgathering.com.
